NeoWater Cyprus services all types of water filtration & purification systems. Regularly maintaining the performance of your water systems ensures everything is functioning as it should be. Our service team provides preventative maintenance and performance checkups to keep your water systems operating at peak performance. We will even remind you by email when the next service of your systems should take place.
Cartridges / Membranes
Replacement
The maintenance service for water filtration systems is offered at a cost by the expert staff of our Company (only for Limassol). The installation time for the water filtration systems takes ~20 minutes depending from your setup.
The maintenance service for Limassol area can be arranged by adding it to your cart when you order the replacement cartridges or by contacting us.
If you have the necessary experience, you can also replace the cartridges of your system by following the instruction manual included in the water filtration system you bought or by calling in plumber who has experience with replacing cartridges in water filtration systems.
How often do you have to replace your cartridges?
NeoWater Cyprus recommends to change your cartridges as follows:
a) Pre-filters every 6 months in order to protect your activated carbon cartridge and the R.O. Membrane from damage. This is due to the bad water quality of our water network (rust, dirts, sand, chlorine and sediment).
b) Post-filters (activated carbon, mineralization, etc.) every 12 months.
c) Ultrafiltration membrane every 12 months
d) R.O. membrane every 24 months
Replacement cartridges and maintenance service are billed separately. You can order the replacement cartridges you need below or by contacting us.
Important Information
In case you observe a noticeable reduction in water flow/production rate of your water filtration system or a change in water taste/smell contact us immediately to drop by and inspect it.
The service life of the filters and the R.O. membrane depends on the water quality of your water network. If the water quality in your water network is bad, you might need to replace the cartridges of your filtration water system sooner.
NeoWater Cyprus recommends to check your water quality parameters of your system every 6 months.
If you don't maintain your water filtration system at the recommended intervals mentioned above, it might lead to reduced system performance water or possible leakage/flooding.
