  • ADDITIONAL INFO

5-Stage DirectFlow R.O Water Filtration System

    • 5-micron PP sediment 2.5'x20' pre-filter to filter suspended particles such as dirt, sand, rust, etc.
    • 1-micron PP sediment 2.5'x20' pre-filter to filter suspended particles such as dirt, sand, rust, etc.
    • Carbon block 2.5'x20' filter to reduce free chlorine, chloramines, chlorine taste and odor.
    • 2x 800GPD - 3113 high-production R.O. membranes to reduce dissolved solids, metal ions, bacteria & viruses and other suspended particles as small as 0.0001 micron.
    • Post-carbon 2.5'x10.0' CTO filter for improved water taste.

Pressure Switches: The system is equipped with pressure switches. The low pressure switch shuts off the pump when there is no inlet water or its pressure is too low. The high pressure switch shuts off the pump when the filtered water faucet is turned off.

Booster pump: it offers the advantages of favorable wastewater-treated water ratio (about 2:1), operation in places with lower water pressure (smaller settlements, homesteads, 10th floor) and offers faster tank filling.

Faucet:  Designer faucet for filtered water is included and usually mounted on the sink deck or countertop for dispensing the clean, filtered water from the filtered water outlet of the main R.O. unit.

Drain Saddle: Fits a standard 1.5” diameter drain pipe to drain the waste water from the drain outlet of the pump box.

Pre-Filters: The main R.O. unit has three 2.5'x20' pre-filters: two sediment pre-filter on the first and second stage and an activated granular carbon pre-filter on the third stage. They provide initial filtration of the water and protect the following thin film composite R.O. membranes from dirt and aggressive chemicals such as chlorine often found in tap water.

R.O. membranes: The fourth & fifth main stages of the filtration are the high-production 800/800GPD - 3113 R.O. membranes. They are “semi-permeable”, which means that it allows water to pass through but prevents dissolved particles from passing through. The membranrs split the feed water into two streams: clean water goes directly to the faucet. The waste water with rejected particles goes down the drain.

Post-Filter: This 2.5'x10.0'post-filter can be added after the R.O membranes and before the faucet. This activated carbon post-filter offers fine water conditioning and helps to keep the water extra fresh.

TDS Blending Valve (Extra cost to install): Many times there is the desire to raise the total dissolved solids (TDS) of our filtered water. This is due to the fact that the purified water produced by the reverse osmosis water systems have usually a TDS value of ~25-35 ppm. For the best drinking water quality and personal well-being it is recommended that the TDS value should be ~100-200ppm. To achieve a TDS value in that range we use a TDS blending (mixing) valve.  The set-up of the blending valve is recommended to be set by a specialist when installing the water purifier.

TDS blending is incredibly simple and involves mixing your filtered water (water filtered by the first two pre-filters: GAC and sediment) with the R.O water to achieve a TDS that's desirable to your needs and taste. Since the water sytem already includes the two pre-filters, the feed line between the pre-filter system and the R.O pump is tapped and as mentioned above the filtered water (not raw water), is mixed/blend with the purified R.O water in order to produce the desired TDS value.

  • KEY FEATURES

    • 5-stage filtration water system that you can easily add additional filters.
    • Tankless function (No tank necessary).
    • Leak detector
    • Smart controller with filter change indication.
    • Digital TDS meter.
    • Digital flow-rate meter.
    • Autoflushing function.
    • Pressure switches to start and turn off the system automatically.
    • External power adapter.
    • Reduces TDS by 20 times because of the large and high rejection rate membrane and more powerful pump.
    • Clean and safe drinking water right in your home. No need to transport and dispose of bottled water any more.
    • Pre-installed filters and membrane for faster and easier setup.
    • Filters and membrane quick-change housings for easy maintenance.
    • Booster pump increases pressure to radically improve the performance and effectiveness of the R.O. unit in all three key areas: increases filtered water flow (production rate), increases rejection rate (improves water purification quality), increases recovery rate (decreases amount of waste water). Prolongs the membrane and pre-filter(s) service life due to increased recovery rate.
    • Fully automatic operation of the water system: just open the faucet and get clean water instantly.
    • Split, flexible installation possible where needed: install the faucet up to 15 meters away from the R.O. unit itself. Useful for the situations like lack of space or lack of electrical outlet under the sink or moving the unit to a more appropriate place.
  • BENEFITS

Benefits of the R.O water system

    • 5-stage water filtration system.
    • Its reverse osmosis system works with 2x 800GPD R.O membranes (KRAUSEN) to produce the best possible water quality.
    • Due to its small size, it can be easily placed under the counter.
    • Its modern faucet can fit in any kitchen.
    • Easy to install, but you can always ask for the help of our specialist.
    • It is easy to maintain and allows you to easily change the filters by yourself (drop-in).
    • It can work with low pressure (1 bar)
    • Place of Origin: EU

Advantages of direct flow water treatment plants over tank equipment:

    • it works without a tank, so there is no stagnant water and no need for a UV lamp.
    • water-saving, the ratio of wastewater to treated water reaches 2:1, making it economical.
    • by-pass blending (mixing) valve allows the hardness to be adjusted so no mineral replenishment is required.
    • it is more economical and easier to maintain, saving you money and time.
    • since there is no tank, there is no risk of the tank becoming contaminated.

    Advantages of booster pump operation:

    • favorable wastewater-treated water ratio (about 2:1).
    • operation in places with lower water pressure (smaller settlements, homesteads, 10th floor).
    • higher purified water flow production.
